The information displayed and contained on this website may not be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any electronic or mechanical means, including downloading, printing, copying or recording, unless EmpowerSource expressly grants specific rights individually to any party. Any rights not expressly granted are hereby reserved. All brand names, trademarks, logos that appear in this web site are the property of their respective holders and are used by EmpowerSource with their permission.

Security Rules

You are hereby notified that it is prohibited to violate or attempt to violate the security of this site. This includes but is not limited to:

• gaining access to data without proper authorization;
• logging onto a server, or account, or web site area without proper authorization;
• scanning, probing testing for vulnerability of this system or attempting to do so, and attempting to breach the security of this site, without proper authorization;
• attempting to interfere with the functionality or features of this web site or its systems, by introducing viruses, overloading, flooding, “mail bombing” or crashing;
• sending unsolicited promotional e-mail messages;

Violation of these security rules may result in criminal or civil liability and prosecution. EmpowerSource  routinely investigates and refers to the proper authorities any occurrence that may constitute any such violation, and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in ensuring the prosecution of violators.

Password and Account

You will receive a password and account designation upon successfully completing EmpowerSource  registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

You agree to:-

• immediately notify EmpowerSource of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security; and
• ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. EmpowerSource  cannot and will not be liable for any loss, claim or damage you may suffer or incur arising from and/or as a result of the use (authorised or unauthorised) of your password and/or account. You acknowledge that if a third party becomes aware of your password and account designation such person will have access to all of the services and features associated with the operation of that account;
• you acknowledge and agree that EmpowerSource  reserves the right to delete accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time.

Financial Transactions

Refund Policy

Payments for job postings on EmpowerSource  web site are non-refundable. Employers should consider carefully their choice of posting duration. No portion of the payment will be refunded should an Employer decide to delete a job posting before it expires.

EmpowerSource will investigate all claims of erroneous transactions or transactions due to technical problems and transactions will be reversed if necessary.

To obtain a refund, you must notify EmpowerSource  within 30 days of the transaction. Claims may be emailed to webmaster@empowersource.co.za .

Security Policy 

• Virtual Card Services process all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents and the site's registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information;
• Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems;
•  EmpowerSource  does not have access to credit details;
• Virtual Card Services continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.

EMPOWERSOURCE.CO.ZA MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE OR WEBSITE WILL BE CORRECTED. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
